Literacy and Family Services
Start with the Arts county wide training for teachers in public and private schools will take place in April 2003. Start with the Arts reaches 800 children with and without disabilities and 30 teachers.

Youth Development /Career Services
In partnership with SEDNET, HEART an arts based therapeutic intervention program for day treatment will continue for middle school children.

School/Community Partnership Services
The annual VSA festival will be held on March 20, 2003 for 700 children with disabilities participating and an additional 128 adults, 22 artists, 50 educators, and 50 volunteers.

VSA Festival: Week-long event with Children's Art on Display, Music Festival, Dance Recital and scultpure dedication.
